“This is my second time traveling with the Search Travel, and I have to say, every trip has been better than the last. This trip was undoubtedly the best one so far. Our tour leader Doreen, Tour guide, Xiao Gu, along with the driver dedication, enthusiasm, patience, and outstanding service, made us feel truly valued and well taken care of throughout the entire 12-day Mohe-Hulunbuir Grassland Glass Tour. Their professionalism and commitment ensured that every moment of the journey was both enjoyable and unforgettable. The food arrangements were amazing and unforgettable. We were especially touched by their thoughtful service. I also want to give a special shout-out to the driver’s dedication. During every rest stop and toilet break, while most of us were taking a rest, the driver was busy cleaning and organizing the bus to ensure a comfortable environment for all passengers. His attention to detail and commitment to service didn’t go unnoticed. There were even a few times when they chose to skip or delay their own meals to stay alert and focused, ensuring we reached each destination safely. Their professionalism, selfless dedication, and sense of responsibility deserve the highest respect and praise. What touched me most was the experience in Arctic Village. Although we didn’t see the Northern Lights, Doreen and Xiao Gu arranged a fireworks show and having more fun at the KTV party to lift our spirits. I would highly recommend Search Travel to my friends and family with Doreen so professional, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, go extra miles, her kindness and dedication made the whole trip so enjoyable.”

“Just came back from a 8 days Chengdu–Jiuzhaigou trip ,covering beautiful places like Huanglong National Park, Emei Mountain, and Leshan. We had such a great time! A big shoutout to our amazing local pretty cheerful and kind hearted guide,海鸥 seagull and very experienced China tour guide Xiao Ping ,who went above and beyond to take care of everyone in our group. Both had good rapport and not forgetting the best driver ever ! With very good driving skill and manner to make sure all had a smooth and peaceful journey ( everyone sleep like a baby even long journey but not too tired ) .They always so thoughtful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met as much as possible . As our group have mostly senior as to be safe for altitude sickness or might cause unnecessary mishaps , shuttle were arrange with some reasonable cost . ( Ping give a very good n understandable explanation and let us decide . All managed to have good view and take pictures with minimum walking . Wanted to specifically thanks to seagulls for going around late night to buy medicine as my wife got foot injuries during second night as later than I found out ….( this happened as 5 star Marriott hotel got very poor aircon control and also very poor customer service which end up we have to react calling and trying adjusting during 1-2:35 am ) later settle with a standing fan ! As after I went down to lobby myself ! Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience with best price . We will travel with Search again in the future! Hope to have guild seagull and Xiao Ping for China trip again .”

“This was our first time travelling with Search Travel, and we discovered them at the NATAS Travel Fair. What attracted us was their promise that, unlike many tour companies, they would bring us to authentic local restaurants that the locals themselves frequent, rather than the usual tourist eateries. That promise was certainly fulfilled! Every meal was delicious, and the dishes were thoughtfully selected to suit Singaporean tastes—less salty, less oily, yet full of flavour. I would especially like to give a big shout-out to our local guide, Xiao Gu (小顾). She is an incredibly dedicated and hardworking guide who always went the extra mile to make our journey comfortable, memorable, and unique. At every attraction, she patiently took photos for each family. I must say her photography skills are excellent—not just in composition and framing, but also in making sure the photos were level and capturing everyone quickly and efficiently. What impressed me even more was the effort she put into creating beautiful videos for us. On the grasslands, while we were riding the mini train dressed in our colourful Mongolian costumes, she filmed us against the brilliant blue sky. The video turned out so vibrant and full of life. In the forest, she created another lovely video of everyone walking in a straight line together making funny gestures. My favourite moment was seeing little Yi Ming waddling along like an adorable little mouse—it was such a precious and unforgettable memory that our family will treasure for years to come. I would also like to commend our Singapore tour leader, Doreen Ang. She was always well-organised and arranged our hotel room allocations in advance, so when we arrived at each hotel, collecting our room keys was quick and seamless. She coordinated closely with Xiao Gu to ensure everyone’s requests and requirements were taken care of. Throughout the trip, she remained patient, approachable, and always wore a warm smile, making us feel comfortable whenever we needed assistance. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a tour leader for future trips. Overall, we are extremely happy with the itinerary, organisation, and thoughtful arrangements made by Search Travel throughout our journey to Inner Mongolia and Mohe. The trip exceeded our expectations, and it was made even more special by the wonderful guides who genuinely cared about giving us the best experience possible. “Went Shandong on 7th April to 14 April 2026 and tour was led by Jj Ong. He is friendly and dedicated to his job. We had some members with mobility issues and at each stop Jj will help carry the wheelchair. He is mindful of needs of group. He is patient and caring to all. He also has very good rapport with the local guide Xiao Hui who is also very knowledgeable and patient but firm. Thanks, Jj for making the tour a great trip. You are indeed an asset to your employer.”
